Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
Ensuring the successful deployment of applications
Responding to requests from the design, development team and management.
Managing client communication, sharing minutes, and driving the overall project through successful SIT, UAT and Go live phases.
Create, analyze, manage, and triage systems or software defects.
Understanding of backend computer system infrastructure and program design

Deliver test cases and test scenarios to test newly developed SharePoint and Desktop applications.
Track, prioritize, assign, and report on defects and resolution status in JIRA Execute functional, regression and performance testing on newly developed SharePoint and Desktop applications.

Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
