Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business units/ technology practice leads to assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and course materials in alignment with the business units/practice leads.
• Experience in designing training content for freshers as well as laterals
• Create a training calendar outlining the schedule of training sessions, workshops, and programs.
• Research and engage with internal trainers and external vendors to address specific training needs.
• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for employees, ensuring high quality and relevance of content.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of training programs, providing regular feedback and making necessary adjustments to enhance training effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve training initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units/ technology practice leads to identify training gaps and areas for skill development within the organization.
• Provide mentorship and support to employees participating in training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Establishing and maintaining an audit-friendly database representing every aspect of training delivered
• Consolidating all the training and communications in a single knowledge management portal – LMS
• Oversee and manage internal projects, ensuring interns adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and best software practices.
• Mentor and guide teams, providing technical advice to help them successfully complete projects.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding on different technologies like Data Science (AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM’s) Data Engineering & Analytics, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microsoft Services, Project and Portfolio Management (Planisware, Planview, Primavera, Clarity etc), I.T Infrastructure and Cyber Security
